The Solution

The MAP Automation File Manager is a browser based integration tool that manages the artwork through the design process, the Quote Approval and the Job Creation. The customer takes responsibility for ensuring that the PDF specification is up to standard and the first you know of it is when the job is ready to plate.

The key point of difference is the secondary rule layer that allows you to go beyond a simple Pre Flight test. The integration tool allows you to check the PDF against your own printing specifications and the quote components including the number of pages, sizes and finishing attributes.
